Our 6 year old son loves his Christmas present and is using the knife and saw every day. He has made sticks for barbecuing sausages.

This was bought as a birthday present for my son, and he loves it. He enjoys mucking about in the garden anyway, but this has motivated more time outdoors and we've had some pleasant times each sharpening sticks and learning about using blades. He doesn't really seem to mind the lack of point and no major injuries so far! A great gift for the right child.

This is a great value little first pocketknife; the main blade is super sharp but the unlock button is too stiff for the age it’s aimed at; my daughter can’t press it in enough. Otherwise it’s as expected with Victorinox; we’ll made, will last forever.
