The **Böker Davis Hunter 115624DAM Steam Engine Damascus** is a classic gentleman's knife, made from special materials. You immediately notice the blade and the handle. The blade is made from Chad Nichols Damasteel. And not just any type of damast: this damasteel steel is forged by Chad Nichols from parts of old steam machines which, in the past, used to power the tools in the Böker factory. A unique material, specifically used to celebrate Böker Solingen's 150th anniversary.



Another nod to the past is the material used for the handle. The handle is made of chestnut wood. It perfectly matches the Böker logo with the chestnut tree Böker is known for.



You open this pocket knife with two hands. When opened the blade is locked by a solid backlock. As such you can use the Böker Davis without ever having to worry about your fingers. The hollow grind is nice and thin. As such it is easy to use.



Only 150 pieces of the Böker Davis Steam Engine Damascus were made. Each piece is numbered on the spine of the spring. This knife comes in a nice display box.
