This **Böker Pure peeling knife** is incredibly practical. The compact knife has a blade length of 9 cm: perfect for peeling vegetables and fruit, but also for other small cutting jobs.


## Böker Pure: stunning design


The glossy oak handle perfectly matches the top-quality CPM-154 steel of the blade. The grains in the oak wood are subtly interrupted by three stainless steel rivets. The blade is made from CPM-154 powdered metallurgic steel from the American manufacturer Crucible Industries. This steel is produced by melting the 154-CM steel and adding additional carbide. Especially the carbides give the steel its hardness and the edge its strength.
