The legend E, L and M are the improved successors to the award-winning Bushnell Legend Ultra HD binoculars. These binoculars, with many features, have a great build and optical quality.


Thanks to the 'Ultra Wide Band coating', Bushnell legend binoculars give you a truthful colour reproduction with very high brightness. The lens doesn’t condensate in fog because of Bushnell's RainGuard® HD-lens coating. The field of view of 142 metres on 1000 metres gives a great overview.


The lightweight magnesium housing makes that the binoculars are also easy to use for prolonged periods of time. People with glasses will especially appreciate the long eye relief, but these binoculars are also very suited for people who don’t wear glasses.

Bushnell maakt goede kijkers. Ik heb zowel de Legend E als de Legend M 8x42 aangeschaft. Qua scherpte en contrast ontlopen ze elkaar niet, alleen is de M absoluut kleurneutraal en heeft de E een zeer lichte geelzweem. De scherpstelling van de E is de andere kant op dan die van de M (die rechtsom naar oneindig draait en ik prefereer). De behuizing van beide kijkers is zeer solide. Ze hebben beide een meer dan gemiddeld groot gezichtsveld. Voordeel van de is E dat die bijna 100 gram lichter is dan de M, die ca. 820gr op de weegschaal legt.
Nog even over de optische kwaliteiten: zeker de M heeft nauwelijks chromatische aberratie, waardoor er amper spectrale kleurtjes langs takjes tegen een heldere lucht te zien zijn. Op de testkaart halen beide kijkers de maximale score.

Een wat duurdere verkijker voor mijn doen. ben hier erg van onder de indruk 
Scherp en helder beeld ook met wat minder licht zeer goed.
