The **Case Sway Back is** a traditional pocket knife, designed by the famous slipjoint maker Tony Bose. The remarkable thing about the Swayback pattern is how the knife, when opened, looks like a wave. The wharncliffe-sheepsfoot blade moves in a wavy movement to the handle, which, in terms of shape, is precisely mirrored with regards to the handle. When closed this ensures that the blade and handle are perfectly aligned.

 ## Case Tru-Sharp SS steel

 The blade is made from Case Tru-Sharp SS. This is a stainless type of steel that is similar to 420HC steel. Characteristic of this type of steel is that it can be sharpened super sharp very quickly.

 ## Wicked Purple Smooth Kirinite

 The handle is made from Wicked Purple Kirinite. This is a plastic you might have seen before on bowling balls.
