The **Case Bose Sowbelly** is a traditional pocket knife with a classic Sowbelly shape. This specific version has three blades: one classic clippoint, a sheepsfoot and one speypoint. When opened they are kept in place by a slipjoint.


This knife was designed by Tony Bose. A celebrity in the world of traditional knives. You clearly see his style when you look at the clippoint blade. Compared to other Bose designs this is a relatively affordable model.



## Case CV carbon steel


The blade is made from Case Chrome-Vanadium steel, also called CV steel. This is a type of carbon steel that is loved because you can easily sharpen it. With only a minimum amount of effort you can truly make this knife razor-sharp. You do, however, have to be careful when it comes to rust. Long-term exposure to moisture, salt or acids ensure that the blade will discolour or even rust. Enthusiasts appreciate that in time a patina forms on the blade. This means that the steel gets a matt, grey colour. As such the knife gets a character all its own, making it unique.

The handle is made from yellow synthetic material. This material feels great in hand and will still feel comfortable in very low temperatures.
