The **Case Sway Back** is a traditional pocket knife, designed by the famous slipjoint maker Tony Bose. The remarkable thing about the Swayback pattern is how the knife, when opened, looks like a wave. The wharncliffe-sheepsfoot blade moves in a wavy movement to the handle, which, in terms of shape, is precisely mirrored with regards to the handle. When closed this ensures that the blade and handle are perfectly aligned.

 ## Case Tru-Sharp SS steel

 The blade is made from Case Tru-Sharp SS. This is a stainless type of steel that is similar to 420HC steel. Characteristic of this type of steel is that it can be sharpened super sharp very quickly.

 ## Clover Green Bone handle

 The handle is made from *Clover Green Bone*. This is basically cow bone that is enhanced with an interesting texture. Case enhanced the material with a 'sawcut jig' texture. As such it looks like it has been cut with a coarse circular saw. A truly classic handle material that radiates class and elegance. Perfectly matching the Case knives.
