Very good pan and is beautiful once seasoned. I prefer this over a stainless steel because when gets too hot the seasoning starts to smoke and it's a good signal to take it off the stove and lower the power. I only use it for pancakes and omelette which i do daily, Doesn't need excess oil it's enough few drops and wipe it all around the pan. Will come back to purchase other models
