Jammer genoeg zijn beide stenen (grof en medium) na korte tijd helemaal afgesleten. Een paar messen slijpen en hup: niet meer bruikbaar.
Bovendien moet een slijpsteen af en toe worden schoongemaakt. Ik doe dat met water en zeep, waarna ik de stenen droogdep. Helaas is het metaal roestend en is de onderzijde nu wat roestig.
Ik raad dit dus zéker niet aan!
