Klean Kanteen Classic /Sport Cap 500 ml, stainless steel

The Klean Kanteen Classic/ Sport is the perfect bottle to take with you during hikes, while you work out or simply for everyday use. It comes with a Sport Cap made from soft silicone. Dishwasher proof, can be opened with one hand and hung from your bag with the included loop.

The bottle is made from 18/8 stainless steel. This means 18% chromium and 8% nickel. Stainless steel is safe, sustainable, and doesn’t leave behind any residue. As a result you don’t have to worry about aftertastes and the bottle is completely BPA free. This makes it possible to refill the bottle time and time again without having to worry about tasting another drink. The outside has a Klean Coat™ powder coating. This is sustainable, shockproof and safe for people and the environment.

This bottle comes with a sport cap. Normally, when you drink from a sport cap the bottle will create a vacuum. This is not possible for a stainless steel bottle as you cannot squeeze the bottle. For that reason the cap has a valve to ensure that air can get inside the bottle to make drinking from the bottle a whole lot easier. Even though the sport cap 3.0 is a definite improvement when compared to the previous cap, it is not 100% guaranteed to be leak proof because of the same valve. Want to be 100% sure? Why not choose the loop cap as an additional accessory. This cap is also available in 100% stainless steel and made from Bamboo. A flatter version to make sure the bottle takes up even less room in your bag.
