This water grinder makes it easy to make and keep your knives sharp. Fill the dish with a little water. Then quietly pass the knife through each of the three grinding rollers without exercising too much pressure. Approximately 7 to 10 times on each roller and your knife is ready for use again! First use the white wheel with the coarser grain, then move on to the brown one with the medium grain and finally to the pink one with the finer grain.
This water grinder is so easy to use, that there is absolutely no reason to ever have to cut with a dull blade again.
Important: Do not forget to use the water! This oils and cleans the wheels.
