Opinel meat- and poulty knife No 122 ' Classic '

Opinel is best known for the distinctive Pocket knives, but also in the kitchen you can cut with the familiar French knives. The kitchen knives in the Classic-series feature a wooden handle. The wood is protected by a clear coating. As a result, and thanks to the rust-resistant Sandvik 12C27-steel they are allowed in the dishwasher. However, we still prefer handwash.
