Really disappointed with this. I missed the micarta version the first time so was looking forward to getting this (I have the lite/D2 and titanium/N690 versions already). I actually thought about cancelling my order before it shipped because on reflection £150 (with the new thumbstud) is a quite a bit given what else is out there, but I thought I'd give it a go as it's M390 etc. Mistake. Shipping was quick, but the knife was dreadful. Really average looking micarta, blade was dull with burrs and really off centre. I stropped a bit to get passable sharpness then moved on to centre the blade. Can't remove the pivot screw - just spins. Tryed tools and clamps, boiling water no joy. I have a soldering iron coming tomorrow (another £15). There is some of the red tough thread locker is only possible explanation. I would have returned it but couldn't be bothered with postage to Holland, customs and extra expenses - i'll cut my losses ! Also, Knivesandtools contact for returns a 404 page not found 🤣 oh well. I've bought knives from K & T before and had zero issues. Real Steel had a hit with the Luna, and now they're gouging their fans for money. They really phoned this one in - Rubbish.
