The 16 cm cooking pot with lid from the Spring Finesse collection is the perfect pan for daily use thanks to its design and excellent cooking qualities. With is elegantly shaped stainless steel handles and top-quality base construction the Finesse collection is even more refined. The pans from the Spring Finesse collection are made from stainless steel with an aluminium core and come with a glass lid. It's perfect for cooking vegetables, rice or pasta, or for making sauces and soups. Because of the glass lid you can keep a close eye on the cooking process without having to remove the lid from the pan. The pans from the Spring Finesse collection can be used on all cooking hobs and are oven-safe. The glass lids cannot be used in the oven.

Unique 5-layer construction

The Spring Finesse pans have a five-layer construction that ensures optimal heat conduction. The outer layer is made from 18/0 stainless steel. This type of steel makes the pans suitable for induction. The inner layer is 18/10 stainless steel. The 18 stands for 18% chromium and the 10 stands for 10% nickel. This is an excellent choice in terms of composition, because of chromium's durability and nickel's clarity. There is a 3-layer aluminium core between the inner and outer layers. Because of this structure, heat is evenly distributed from the bottom to the edge of the pan and thus to the contents from all sides. As a result, the food is brought to temperature more evenly. This makes the pans more efficient and more economical.

Great features

The measuring scale on the inside of the pans is very practical. For instance, you can use them to monitor the reduction while making sauces. The included lid fits onto the pan perfectly. This makes it possible to cook with a minimal amount of water and to preserve the vitamins and fresh colour of vegetables.

Thanks to the safety glass you can keep an eye on the cooking process without having to lift the lid. For safety, the handle is made of stainless steel. If used correctly the handles of the pan stay cold enough to make sure you don't burn your hands. The pan does need to be used on a suitable gas hob or cooking zone for this to be possible. After use you can clean the pans in the dishwasher.
