The Spyderco Wakitta Bunka Boncho from the Murray Carter Collection is a multi-functional knife, perfect when cutting meat, fish and vegetables. Bunka Bocho means 'cultural knife' because of its role when preparing traditional Japanese dishes. Similar to the santoku knife the Bunka Bocho also has a tapered tip.

This collection is comprised of five different knife styles: the Petty, Funayuki, Nakiri, Bunka Bocho and Gyuto. Made in Japan according to the demanding Spyderco norms. The tapered shape of the spine of the blade towards the tip is characteristic for this knife.
