Excellent update for the sharpener. A must have in my opinion. I have been sharpening knives for 17 years free hand i am pretty good at it and i can put a razor edge on any knife. But this system can help you put en even better edge without any experience. You can completely reprofile an edge and take it to sharpness beyond this world. Since i am a custom knife maker i always try to take my products to the next level. This helps you do this at a very reasonable cost. The only concern is that you can not sharpen really thick long knives. You need a more premium item for this type of thing.
