This 2-piece Wüsthof Classic knife set is comprised of a santoku with dimples and a paring knife. A santoku is the Japanese version of the chef's knife. It is great when cutting vegetables, meat and fish. The dimples in the blade make sure the ingredients don't stick to the blade. The 17 cm Santoku is great for the more demanding tasks. Do you have more precise work to carry out? Use the 8 cm paring knife. These two knives are a great basis for every kitchen.
