I'm delighted with the knives, but they are Wüsthof so that was to be expected. What I was most impressed with was the extremly high level of customer care from knives and tools. I've purchased many items since, each delivered to Ireland very quickly, each well packaged, good quality and great value. I've spoken with their customer care twice, they were excellent each time.
