This **CRKT Berserker** is a tough axe, designed by Ryan Johnson. For the Berserker he became inspired by the traditional Viking axes. The large 'beard' on the cutting edge immediately reminds you of that. Now you are not meant to use the Berserker to plunder villages: it is truly much more useful as a bushcraft axe.


The head is made from 1055 carbon steel. Can handle a blow and easy to sharpen. Due to the shape and geometry it is very versatile. Both when chopping down thin to medium-sized tree trunks and splitting them. By holding the handle behind the beard you have a lot of control over the edge. Feathersticks and such will be a piece of cake. Because this axe follows the concept of a tomahawk you can easily replace the handle. Great when you are on the road!

Topbijl! mooi en kwalitatief! En uiteraard top service van Knives&Tools!

Manche top petite pour la tête de hache. Obliger d'en fabriquer un nouveau. Tête de hache pas simétrique. Réponse du SAV vague, pas nouvelle. 

Looks great, sturdy but damn it is heavy ! I would expert that weight for à wood hatchet,  not à tomahawk !  Steel is too thick for à short tomahawk,  maybe à longer handle would make it à décent fighting axe but then it would be too narrow. Mixed feelings about it but still, i really really like it.

Mooie stevige bijl die doet wat hij moet doen. Zeer tevreden.
