The **Spyderco UK Pen Knife C94BK** is a lightweight pocket knife, with a slipjoint lock. The name of this 'Pen Knife' has the prefix 'UK' for a reason. This pocket knife was namely produced to adhere to all UK knife laws and regulations. This means that it cannot contain a lock and cannot be too big. Within these limits Spyderco was able to create a stunning knife. The lack of a lock is compensated by the clear click when the knife opens. Halfway through closing the knife you once again hear a clear click. The index finger falls into the curve of the blade and handle. If the blade accidentally closes it is stopped by your finger which decreases the chances of accidents.

The blade is made from CTS-BD1 steel. A tough type of steel that is easy to sharpen razor-sharp. Corrosion resistant and therefore maintenance-free. The pocket clip is made from a wire and can be placed in two different ways. This pocket knife is perfect for daily use. And not only for those live in or visit the UK.

I bought this as a (hopefully, cos cops have their own interpretations!) legal edc for my trips to the UK. The good first: it is razor sharp and meets the legal requirements. The not so good: I was a little disappointed that such an iconic brand felt, a little, light weight/not premium quality, a feeling reinforced by the premium price tag. 

In fairness, it’s a nice little knife, just I suppose I expected it to be better.

Das tollste edc messer das ich jemals gekauft hab. liegt toll in der hand, aus meiner sicht sieht es auch noch gut aus, nachschärfen ist vllt etwas schwerer wegen der geschwungenen schneide aber gut machbar.
