The Benchmade H2O is a great diving knife. The best part of the Benchmade H2O is that it is large enough to function as a full-fledged knife, but at the same time compact and slim enough to don’t hold you back underwater.
The Benchmade H2O has a rounded tip. As such you won’t be able to hurt yourself. The spine of the blade has been enhanced with a broad cutting hook that enables you to cut through 8 mm thick lines and ropes. The blade is partially serrated, which is also great when you need to cut through high-fibre materials such as rope.
In terms of steel Benchmade has chosen Böhler N680 steel: an incredibly stainless type of steel. After use you simply have to dry it properly and rub it down with a drop of oil. The handle is made from rubber that offers you enough grip even when you are wearing gloves.
The sheath is made from plastic. It is nearly impossible to lose the H2O with this sheath which has been enhanced with a strong retention clip that enables you to quickly remove the knife from the sheath.
