The **Böker Damast Black utility knife** can be used for all kinds of cutting tasks. In a sense, it is a hybrid of a chef's knife and a peeling knife. You can use it to peel and chop fruit and vegetables, or to cut fish or smaller pieces of meat.

## Optimal sharpness retention


Thanks to the hard Japanese VG-10 steel, the edge will stay razor-sharp for a very long time. This means you don't have to re-sharpen it constantly. For instance, we recommend that you only clean the knives by hand.
