This Boska brie knife is a part of the ivory collection. All cheese knives and slicers from this collection are enhanced with a slightly matted stainless steel blade and a handle made from ivory coloured ABS. This hard plastic was polished by hand. Contemporary and very stylish. After use you can clean the knife in the dishwasher. You can, however, also easily clean it by hand.
