The **Case Copperhead** is a traditional pocket knife with two blades. A classic clippoint and a small pen-knife blade. When opened they are kept in place by a slipjoint. You can recognize the Copperhead by the subtle protrusion at the bolster. It covers the sharp spine of the blade to make sure it won't get caught on your pocket. Something you sometimes come across on slipjoints.



This knife is a part of the 2021 Case Vault collection. Every year Case takes one *pattern* from their vast archive. Only during that year different versions of that pattern are once again produced. In 2021 the Copperhead was up.



## Case Tru-Sharp SS steel


The blade is made from Case Tru-Sharp SS. This is a stainless type of steel that is similar to 420HC steel. Characterizing about this type of steel is that you can quickly sharpen it and have a razor-sharp knife.


## Bermuda Green, Peach Seed Jigged Bone handle


The handle is made from *Bermuda Green, Peach Seed Jigged Bone.* This is basically cow bone that is enhanced with an interesting texture. Afterwards it is enhanced with a nice colour and polished. This is a truly classic type of handle material which radiates class and elegance. It nicely matches the Case knives. In this case the knife is enhanced with a *Peach Seed* texture.



The addition 'Pocket Worn' means that a little more attention was paid to the finish. As such the knife looks even more beautifully worn in. As if years of carrying it in your pocket polished it.
