The Condor Krakatoa Folder is a remarkable pocket knife, designed by Joe Flowers. The blade is made from 1095 carbon steel. Tough and easy to sharpen. Because of its scandi edge it is perfect for woodwork. As such you can easily carry out light bushcraft tasks with this knife.
The 1095 carbon steel is not stainless, but very tough and easy to sharpen. As such the occasional drop of oil is indispensable. You open the blade with the double thumb studs. When opened it is locked by a solid framelock to make sure it won't close accidentally.
Remarkable about the Krakatoa Folder is the micarta scale on the showside. It is missing on the lock side, making the whole a little thinner. The lock side contains a pocket clip you can attach in two different ways.
