Dit is mijn eerste officemes (in Brussel zeggen we "offIEs-mes") en daarmee voor mij in eerste instantie onbekend terrein. Ik ben echter zeer tevreden:  het mes wordt vlijmscherp geleverd, en is veel "wendbaarder" dan mijn grote keukenmes. Uien en tomaten (zelfs behoorlijk rijpe) veranderen zonder moeite in flinterdunne schijfjes en minuscule stukjes. Ik vind het mes ook erg mooi vormgegeven, maar daarmee is het natuurlijk wel wat duurder. 
Een laatste opmerking: het is wat kleiner dan ik gedacht had. Het lemmet is precies 9cm, zoals vermeld op de site, maar op de een of andere manier is 9cm in het echt kleiner dan ik dacht toen ik de foto’s op de site bekeek. Voor mijn volgende aankoop knip ik denk ik eerst eens een mesvormig stuk uit karton om een beter gevoel te krijgen voor wat zo’n afmeting op de site betekent.

Très bon produit de qualité en plus il est beau,seul bémol c'est le prix un peu élevé mais c'est un investissement durable,je vais en recommander d'autres.
