## Eden Classic Damast series

The Eden Classic Damast series features many kinds of kitchen knives. The blades of these knives have a core made from strong and stainless AUS-10 steel, with a hardness of 60 HRC. The edge is razor-sharp and can easily be sharpened. This core is surrounded by several layers of graceful damascus steel. 33 layers per side, to be exact. In total, including the core, there are 67 layers of steel. This combination makes the kitchen knives not only very functional, but also true eye-catchers in your kitchen.

The damascus steel blade extends all the way into the beautiful black design handle, which consists of a linen and synthetic resin composite. The handle and blade are connected with three rivets.

## Eden Classic Damast kitchen knives maintenance 

As with any top-quality kitchen knife, it is best not to place your Eden Classic Damast knives in the dishwasher. We recommend washing them by hand immediately after use. As such the unique appearance and quality of the knives is guaranteed.
