The Fenix HL23 is a light-weight head torch that can handle quite a lot. It is dust and waterproof according to the IP-68-norm which means that it can handle water pressure up to 2 meters. In addition, it is fall proof up to 1 meter. The light derives its strength from only 1 AA battery. As such it is very light in terms of weight. In addition, you can purchase AA batteries practically anywhere making them easy to replace.
