 The CookStar bottom is the trump card of the Original Profi Collection series. This bottom is suitable for different heat sources. This makes the Fissler Original Profi Collection pans also very suitable for induction. This bottom can not only be used well on induction, you can also easily switch pans with the CookStar bottom between different types of heat sources. Without the bottom warping, something that sometimes happens with les quality pans. This series can be used in the oven without a problem.

 ## Skills

 Pans from the Fissler Original Profi Collection series are equipped with steel cold grips. These do not transmit the heat when used on electric hot stoves(electric, induction, ceramic and halogen). So you can just grasp the handles bare handed. They can get hot on gas stoves(depending on the size of the flame)

 The lids of the Original Profi pans are solidly constructed. They seal off all damp and heat well. A downward dent is also provided in the middle of the lid. By this, all condensation will automatically return to the pan, making your preparation even juicier. It also prevents a large water ballet when you take the lid off the pan.

 The cooking pots from the Fissler Original Profi Collection also feature a practical size indicator on the inside of the pan. Pouring from the pan is also a breeze thanks to the specially optimized edge.

Hele mooie, zware en degelijke set met goed sluitend deksel. Ik heb ze gekocht omdat ik op inductie ging koken. Ze voldoen uitstekend. Blij mee.

Onze nieuwe keuken is voorzien van een inductie-kookplaat, bij deze keuken kregen wij een 4-delige pannenset speciaal voor inductie.
Koken met deze pannenset viel erg tegen, pannen waren dun en zeer licht in gewicht en schoven snel over de inductie-plaat en de handvaten werden zeer warm.
Wij besloten om op zoek te gaan naar een nieuwe pannenset.
Onze keuze viel op de Fissler Profi pannenset 5-delig met een sauteuse van 20cm in plaats van een steelpan van 16cm.
Set ziet er stoer/degelijk uit en de pannen zijn behoorlijk aan het gewicht waardoor ze niet zo snel verschuiven op de plaat. Koken met deze set is een beleving, schoon en technisch, bij koken van aardappelen of groente eerst aan de kook brengen (stand 9 inductie) indien het kookt kan de inductie terug worden gezet naar stand 2 à 3, bij de andere pannen was dit stand 6 à 7. Door de zware en goed afsluitende (glazen) deksel vindt het kookproces in de pan plaats en hierdoor ook geen stoom ontwikkeling. De handvatten worden ook niet warm.
Pannen en deksels zijn gemakkelijk te reinigen. Overgang van gas naar inductie was even wennen maar is nu een genot en wij denken dat het stroomverbruik met deze pannenset positief uitvalt.
