The **Hultafors Sledge ME 1000** is a practical sledge with a hand made from sandblasted and brightly lacquered iron. The head is forged by hand and has a tempered and sanded striking surface on both sides. The square shape ensures that this sledge is perfect for demolition work. 

## Hickory wood handle

Hultafors uses American hickory wood for the handles. This type of wood is exceptional in absorbing blows without breaking. As such it is perfect as a handle for axes and, of course, hammers.

De très bonne facture, a l'habitude de cette marque. Je ne l'ai pas encore utilisé ais il n'y a pas de raison qu'il ne fasse pas le taf vu qu'il est de qualité supérieur a tout les marteaux et massettes que je possède déjà. 

Très bon marteau pour l'utilisation de mon Kindling Kracker, il n'est pas lourd et se prend très bien en main, bien équilibré on ne fatigue pas au niveau du poignet, la solidité se sent et l'on travaille en confiance, très belle finition.
