The **Medford Praetorian Slim Flipper** is a very slim version of the most famous pocket knife produced by Medford Knives. You can clearly see the characteristic shapes of the Praetorian, but in a more EDC-friendly jacket. 100% made in the United States, from American materials, by a veteran-run company. This version is extra special: you open it with the flipper.

The slim CPM S35VN steel blade has a hand-sharpened hollow grind. This is a unique feature: only few producers apply a hollow grind by hand. The blade is easy to open with the generous thumb slot. This might take some getting used to at first. When opened, a solid frame lock keeps the blade in place. Medford has pressed the stop-pin into the blade. As a result, it rests nice and symmetrically against the handle. This also adds strength. There is a lockbar stabiliser that prevents the frame lock from overstretching.

CPM S35VN is a premium stainless steel. It has been one of the most popular types of steel on the market for many years. For a stainless steel, it is fairly tough and relatively easy to sharpen.

This version has a titanium scale with a Bronze Falling Leaf finish. The blade has a PVD finish.

Each Medford knife is made by hand by talented knife makers. Therefore, individual variations occur, making each knife unique.
