This **Microplane grater set** consists of a zester grater and an extra coarse grater from the Microplane Master series. They come in a luxurious gift box. Both graters are razor-sharp and have beautiful walnut wood handles.

## Maintaining graters

We don't recommend washing graters in the dishwasher. Our tip to keep them sharp for a long time is to remove any food from the blades after use. Afterwards rinse the grater off and allow it to dry. The plastic covers are also not dishwasher safe.

## Razor-sharp graters

The Microplane graters are known as the best available worldwide. They grate very quickly and are razor-sharp. So make sure your fingers are safe! Fortunately, a plastic protective cap is included. You can easily click this over the sharp grater.
