The **MKM Eclipse Purple Titanium Blackwashed Titanium Overlay** is a robust yet graceful pocket knife designed by Jesper Voxnaes and made by Mikita Knives. This knifemaker is famous across the globe for his functional, ergonomic and friendly-looking knives. The MKM Eclipse is no exception to the rule! A special feature is the overlay on the handle that gives a nice dynamic to the appearance of the knife.

## CPM MagnaCut steel blade

The MKM Eclipse has a blade made of Magnacut steel. A premium, stainless type of steel that retains its sharpness well. With a comparable toughness and sharpness retention of carbon steels such as CPM-CruWear, CPM-4V and Vanadis 4. The corrosion resistance is also sublime. Better than the popular stainless types of steel such as CPM S110V, CPM S45VN and Böhler M390. With a blade thickness of 3 mm and a flat grind, this knife has a lot of strength and yet a razor-sharp blade for a variety of cutting tasks!

## Titanium handle with overlay

The frame of the handle is made from purple-coloured titanium. What's special about the handle is the overlay. The overlay is made of blackwashed titanium, providing a good, comfortable grip and it also looks great.

MKM is a cooperation between Viper, LionSteel, Fox and Mercury. Four masters working in the Italian knife industry. It is no coincidence that they all come from the city of Maniago in northern Italy. It is the knife capital of the south of Europe. MKM stands for Maniago Knife Makers.
