Nitecore NHL04 Black, Hook and Loop Element

The Nitecore NHL04 is a patch with a Velcro backing. Velcro is also referred to ashook and loop. The patch has four elastic loops: three small, and one larger loop. that you can use to store a flashlight, pocket knife or multi-tool. Nitecore makes these components as accessories for the Nitecore EDC and Excursion bags. You can also wear this component on a tactical vest or a tactical backpack that has a Velcro section.
