These knives are good quality and the service from knives and tools is excellent. The only disappointing thing is that two totally different sources of ash timber have been used, so I have two knives with handles that are very pale and little wood grain effect, and two they are darker and with more defined grain. Wood is a natural product but there needs to be a little more consideration to get a nearer match of colour etc.
