The **Opinel Chic** is a luxurious leather belt sheath for Opinel No. 07, 08 and 09 pocket knives. Even the Effilé (Slim) knives no. 08 and 10 fit in this sheath. You can clearly tell that this is a top-quality sheath. With a chic finish and perfect for daily use. The spine of the sheath is enhanced with a belt loop that offers enough room to belts up to 5.8 cm wide.

Im Nachhinein ärgere mich ein wenig, dass ich für einen Alltagsgebrauchsgegenstand wie ein Opinel, das man einfach wegwirft und ersetzt, wenn die Klinge bricht oder schartig wird, ein solches Edeletui gekauft habe. Aber es ist schön und toll verarbeitet und wird vermutlich etlichen Generationen von Opinels als Heimstätte dienen, insofern ist das schon okay und ich beschwere mich nicht. Nochmal würde ich das Gürteletui allerdings nicht kaufen, sondern mein Opinel einfach wieder in die Hosentasche stecken, wie die vergangenen 40 Jahre auch. Da gehört ein 12€ Alltagsmesser eher hin.
