Petzl PIXA 3 head torch E78CHB-2, ATEX

The Petzl PIXA 3 is a high quality headlamp. It provides maximum light output 100 lumens and can get up to a range of 90 metres. The PIXA 3 has two different LEDs. One for a wide beam and one to focus with. These can also be enabled at the same time. It is ATEX-certified for zone 2/22. This means it is suitable for use in explosive atmospheres. The plastic housing makes the lamp pretty light in weight and the light comes with an extra clip so it can be attached to a helmet.

The PIXA III features 3 different modes which are easily accessible via the switch on the side. This is also the on/off switch. The lamp is waterproof according to IP 67 standard. This means it can go under water up 1 meter for 30 minutes. Truly unique is the reserve burn time. When the batteries are low it automatically turns back a mode so you still have another 13 hours standby time on 10 lumens.
