The **Southern Grind Rat** is lightweight necker made in the United States. An ideal smaller EDC knife for all kinds of chores. The blade is made of 8670M carbon steel. A shock-resistant steel which is not stainless. Fortunately, the blade has a matted black PVD coating which protects against corrosion, prevents reflection and makes it look really tough! To save weight the handles are *skeletonized*. This means as much steel as possible has been removed from the handle.



For EDC the Rat comes with a tight black kydex sheath which has a piece of American 550 paracord attached to it.
