The Spyderco Bradley 2 Folder is a fancy gentleman's knife, designed by Gayle Bradley. Characterizing are the excellent finish and the use of premium materials. The blade, for instance, is made from CPM M4 steel. A tool steel that is known for its exceptional sharpness retention. Do, however, be careful around acids and moisture: D2 is not completely stainless. Due to the thin hollow grind the blade is amazing to use.
The handle is made from a remarkable laminate of carbon fibre and G10. It is enhanced with a type of box-shaped pattern. It offers more grip and accentuates the chessboard pattern in the carbon layer. It is remarkable how the steel lines protrude from the scales. As such the handle feels a little rounder in hand. These liners are enhanced with large holes on the inside of the handle. As such the total weight is even lower.
The Spyderco Bradley 2 Folder can easily be opened with one hand with the thumb hole. A typical Spyderco feature. When opened the blade is locked by a solid linerlock. The edge of the lock is enhanced with a couple graceful serrations. These serrations ensure that the knife is easier to unlock. To make sure you can comfortably carry the knife inside your pocket you can attach the pocket clip in four different ways.
This Bradley 2 Folder is the improved version of the popular first Bradley Folder. It is now even slimmer, lighter and more ergonomic. In addition, the handle is sleeker, without lanyard hole.
The Spyderco Bradley 2 Folder is a pocket knife that won't compromise. Not in terms of design, materials, ease of use or ergonomics. The perfect embodiment of a modern gentleman's knife.
