Laten we voorop stellen dat het geen goedkope pan is.
Wel is het waarschijnlijk de beste grillpan die je kunt krijgen.

Aluminium grillpannen zijn totaal nutteloos gezien ze zeer oppervlakkige ribbels hebben. Dat kan ook niet anders vanwege het productieproces.
Gietijzeren grillpannen kunnen met mooie hoge en smalle richels gemaakt worden, zodat je mooie grillstrepen krijgt.

Wel belangrijk om de pan goed voor te verwarmen. Ik houdt 3-5min op 1/3e vuur aan en dan nog een paar minuten op hoog om de maximale temperatuur te bereiken.
Zo voorkom je dat vlees blijft plakken.

Schoonmaken was de eerste paar keren wel wat lastig, maar na een paar keer gebruiken gaat dat beter. Laten weken in een sopje helpt. Helaas mag je geen staalborstels gebruiken ivm. het emaille.

Prachtige grillpan, een echte aanrader. Na jaren een aluminium grillpan gebruikt te hebben met teleurstellende resultaten hebben we nu eindelijk een grillpan die mooie grill-streepjes geeft en waarbij het product niet vastplakt aan de pan. De pan wel eerst een paar minuten op lage stand opwarmen en daarna goed op temperatuur laten komen. Handvatten worden heel heet maar dat is normaal bij een gietijzeren pan. Schoonmaken is wat lastig.
