The Victorinox Hunter was specifically made for hunters who need to gut a lot of game. The Hunter is namely enhanced with an additional blade, instead of the standard can opener. Thanks to the curved shape and the razor-sharp serrated edge of the blade gutting game will be piece of cake. The blunt tip of the blade ensures that you won't damage anything as you gut the animal you shot. Incredibly practical!

I wanted a folding hunting knife with a saw, and after doing my research, I ended up with the Vic Hunter. It might seem a bit pedestrian compared to the XT, but after I had a chance to hold a XT in my hand, I have to say the Hunter is more ergonomic. For dressing purposes a locking blade was a must and the new style liner lock was a bonus. Having used it this hunting season, I must say it is a good hunting knife. The main blade (and serrated blade) is very sharp, and easy to sharpen. The saw cuts well even bone. 5/5 for the price.
