The **Victorinox Swiss Classic 6.7605.C1 Straight, Purple** is a versatile paring knife/vegetable knife. Because of the small, thin blade and the sharp edge you can easily peel and cut vegetables and fruit.

## Victorinox Swiss Classic blade

The non-serrated blade is made from stainless steel and razor-sharp upon delivery. A plain-edged blade cuts more smoothly through meat or vegetables without tearing it. However, these knives usually don't retain their sharpness as long as serrated blades. However, they are easier to sharpen! The combination of this type of steel and the material used for the handle ensure that this knife is dishwasher proof.
