The Viper Larius is a tough and cool pocket knife, designed by Fabrizio Silvestrelli. This Italian designer is known for his outspoken designs. The Larius is a flipper pocket knife. This means that you can easily and effortlessly open it with the flipper. Ball bearings around the pivot ensure that the Larius runs smoothly.
The sleek lines of the Larius remind us of a Lamborghini. Also a great example of Italian design. The handle has been enhanced with extensive milling work. The pocket clip is also milled from a block of titanium, and not cut from a sheet.
Subtle colour accents around the pivot, the backspacer and the pocket clip give the knife a little extra. Especially when combined with the milled-out details. When opened the blade is blocked by a liner lock.
The Harpoon style blade is neatly rounded off at the spine. In terms of steel one chose Böhler M390 steel. An Austrian type of super steel which retains its sharpness well. For the tip Viper chose a facet in the grind. This gives the blade and the protrusions on the spine its ‘fast’ look.
