The WE Knife Bishop is a robust pocket knife. The Bishop is an in-house design. This means that the knife was designed by the WE Knife team. As such you see different design elements such as the oval-shaped thumb hole, something that was often used on previous WE models.
The handle is made from titanium enhanced with a carbon fibre handle. The titanium bolsters and the blade have a rough stonewashed finish. This finish properly hides scratches. A great choice since the Bishop was made to be used. You immediately notice this. Once in hand you feel that the WE Knife Bishop is solidly constructed. The ergonomics are also perfect and there are no hot-spots, sharp or angular edges. Your index finger will automatically fall in the finger groove at the bolster. As such you have a lot of control over the knife and it won't suddenly slip from your hand during use. A nice detail is the carbon fibre that folds around the titanium liners. As such you will only see the titanium liner construction when you look at the knife from up close. The backspacer is also made from carbon fibre. As such it appears as if the handle is completely made from carbon fibre.
You can easily open the Bishop with the thumb hole or the flipper. Both options work smoothly thanks to the use of ceramic ball bearings in the handle. The blade is made from M390 steel. A phenomenal type of steel that is perfect for an EDC-knife.
