The **WE Knife Deacon** is a compact gentleman's knife. Compared to most WE Knife knives the Deacon is relatively speaking one of the smallest in our range. Is that a bad thing? Absolutely not! This makes the Deacon the perfect EDC knife. Because of the slim design you will never notice the Deacon in your pocket until you need it.

 The blade is made from M390 steel. This is an Austrian type of super steel and one of the best high-end choices at the moment. M390 excels when it comes to sharpness retention and corrosion resistance. The Deacon has a droppoint shaped blade that is perfect for everyday use. The sandblasted finish looks very chic and is beautifully applied. WE Knife selected ceramic ball bearings. As such the blade moves smoothly and the knife will open quickly with the flipper mechanism. A noteworthy detail is the rounded top of the blade.

 When we look at the handle it becomes evident why WE Knife is one of the best knife brands on the market today. The handle is comprised of a neat titanium bolster and wonderfully finished carbon fibre. Like the bolster it is rounded to make sure the knife feels comfortable in hand during use. The handle is kept together by a titanium backspacer that is enhanced with ridges for additional grip. The screws have a blue anodized finish and add a little colour to the whole.

 The conclusion? You cannot go wrong with a sleek EDC knife such as the Deacon. It is therefore also remarkable that WE Knife was able to produce this phenomenal knife within this very appealing price category.
