Why the Pro-version? The main difference between the Pro-version and the 'standard' Field & Sport is the conductor rods. For the Pro-version these conductor rods are equipped with heavy bearings and the entire construction is made of metal, as where the standard-version is partially made of plastic. In addition, also an extra sharpening stone (800/1000) is included in the delivery and the case itself is a little more luxurious. Given the fact that the individual price of the extra sharpening stone is already higher than the difference in price between the standard and pro-version, this is an attractive set!
