## WMF Cromargan Protect®

The cutlery is made from Cromargan Protect®. This is the registered trademark of WMF's 18/10 extra scratch-resistant stainless steel, since 2009. A special hardening process ensures that polished surfaces remain shiny and matt surfaces remain beautifully matt.

The name Cromargan® is a compound of the terms Crom and Argan. Crom, because the steel has a particularly high chromium content, and Argan because of its silvery shine.
