Couteau de chef idéal, il est parfait : finitions haut de gamme (la symétrie et l'ajustement sont sans le moindre défaut), ergonomie au top, qualité supérieure de l'acier inox qui bénéficie d'un super traitement thermique (robuste, hyper tranchant, excellente durée de coupe, simple à aiguiser). Fabriqué à Solingen. Ce Wüsthof Classic reste très accessible et il surclasse sans peine toutes les autres marques industrielles de cuisine. En usage général, il atteint même les performances de couteaux artisanaux japonais forgés par exemple chez KAI ou par maître T. Saji (seules les lames les plus fines pour la découpe du poisson gardent un petit avantage dans ce domaine).

Good quality knife. Nicely balanced and appears to hold a sharp edge well. Cuts a variety of meats and vegetables with ease even hard air dried salami !!! Well packaged and delivered within expected timeframe. I would use this supplier again
