With the **Zwilling All Star V-Edge pull-through sharpener** blunt knives are a thing of the past! Anyone who loves to cook knows that a razor-sharp knife is absolutely essential. But even the best knives will become blunt with time. Regular sharpening your knives is therefore crucial to ensure years of cooking pleasure. The dexterity you need for a sharpening stone is not for everyone and a sharpening system costing hundreds of euros does not fit everyone's budget either. With the Zwilling V-Edge knife sharpener, you can sharpen your knives yourself easily and efficiently!

The patented sharpening mechanism is simple yet effective. Move the blade through the sharpener diagonally, top to bottom, and the V-Edge will do the rest. The V-shaped, ceramic sharpening stones sharpen the blade without damaging it. Different angle adapters of 20 and 15 degrees are included for European and Japanese kitchen knives. While you're using one adapter, you can store the other one in the bottom part of the V-Edge.

The sharpening wheels with different grit sizes (F160 and F360 grit) are easy to change. And you can even rotate them, so you can use all 4 sides of the sharpening steel. Don't put this knife sharpener in a kitchen cabinet, just put it on the countertop and leave the stone with finest grit inside the sharpener. Pass your knives through the sharpener a few times before or after use to keep your knives sharp for a longer time!
