DO NOT USE KNIVES AND TOOLS. Their customer service is horrendous. I placed an order for this and other petromax products on 6th Dec for christmas presents. On 20th Dec I emailed knives and tools to cancel the order aside had not recieved my order. I emailed again on 21st Dec to cancel the order and get my credit card refunded. They ignored my requests and shipped anyway. One month after ordering they still refuse to refund my credit card. DO NOT USE KNIVES AND TOOLS.

Good basic E-tool. Been using it for the last 4 months with no issues. Only downside seems to be the low quality fabric carry pouch. It is still in ok condition but won't last forever.
